Mattress Care Instructions

Outer Cover
1. Remove the outer cover, before cleaning.
2. Machine wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent.
3. Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals.
4. Air dry in shade or tumble dry on low heat, as applicable.
5. Ensure the cover is completely dry before putting it back on the mattress.

Inner Cover
1. Do not remove or wash the inner cover.
2. For minor stains, gently spot clean using a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent.
3. Avoid soaking the inner cover or allowing excess moisture to reach the latex layers.
4. Allow it to dry completely before use.

Organic Latex Core
1. Do not wash, soak, or machine wash the latex.
2. Keep the mattress away from direct heat and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
3. In case of spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth - do not rub.
4. Allow the mattress to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
5. Avoid folding or bending the mattress excessively, as this can affect its internal structure.

What’s covered

12-Year Limited Warranty: Mattress Core

Your Kotson mattress core is protected against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, structural defects affecting the integrity of the latex core, and defects in seams or stitching arising under normal residential use.

2-Year Limited Warranty: Accessories & Covers

Applicable to zippers and inner covers. Coverage includes manufacturing defects in zippers, closures, fastenings, and workmanship-related faults in the inner cover.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

1. Physical damage: Cuts, burns, tears, or misuse.

2. Water or liquid damage: Including stains, soiling, or mold caused by moisture exposure.

3. Normal wear & tear: Fabric aging, fading, or discoloration over time.

4.Improper usage:

A. Folding or bending the mattress in ways not intended

B. Using an unsuitable or unsupported base

C. Mishandling during shifting, storage, or installation

Important Note

1. This warranty is valid for domestic use only.

2. Applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. Kotson reserves the right to repair or replace the product based on inspection.
