Certification
Our Certifications
Every mattress we make is independently audited, tested, and verified — from the rubber plantation to the finished product. Here's exactly what each certification checks, and why it matters to your health and your sleep.
CERTIFIED
GOLS — Global Organic Latex Standard
The highest standard for organic latex in the world
GOLS certifies that the latex used inside the mattress is at least 95% certified organic, sourced from organically grown rubber tree plantations. But it doesn't stop at raw material — it audits the plantation, the processing unit, the manufacturing facility, and the final product.
It audits
- The plantation where rubber trees are grown
- The processing unit
- The manufacturing facility
- The final product
It ensures
- No synthetic latex blending
- No harmful chemicals
- No toxic fillers
- Ethical, responsible processing
INSTITUT
eco-INSTITUT (Germany)
One of the strictest chemical & emission tests in the world
eco-INSTITUT certification focuses on harmful emissions and toxic substances. A person spends 6–8 hours daily breathing close to a mattress surface — if it emits toxic gases, that directly affects respiratory health, hormonal balance, skin health, and long-term immunity.
It tests for
- VOC emissions (Volatile Organic Compounds)
- Formaldehyde
- Heavy metals
- Pesticides
- Phthalates
- Chemical residues
It ensures
- Extremely low emissions
- Safe indoor air quality
- Long-term health safety
SOURCED
FSC — Forest Stewardship Council
Proof of sustainable and responsible sourcing
FSC certification guarantees that the rubber used to make latex comes from responsibly managed forests and plantations — protecting the land the material comes from, not just the material itself.
It ensures
- No illegal deforestation
- Biodiversity protection
- Fair wages and ethical labor
- Sustainable harvesting methods
TESTED
LGA Quality Certification (Germany)
German-tested durability & performance standard
LGA tests the physical and mechanical strength of the mattress — verifying engineering strength, not just comfort.
It evaluates
- Long-term durability
- Compression resistance
- Structural stability
- Shape retention over years
What it means for you
- The mattress won't sag quickly
- It maintains spinal support
- It performs consistently over time
STANDARD 100
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100
Global safety certification for human contact
OEKO-TEX tests every component of the mattress — fabric covers, threads, zippers, foams, and latex layers — classifying products into safety categories, including standards safe for babies.
It checks for
- Formaldehyde
- Heavy metals
- Harmful dyes
- Carcinogenic substances
- Skin-irritating chemicals
It ensures
- Skin safety
- Allergy protection
- Non-toxic sleep environment
